What are your turn-around times?

We aim to have all custom made orders completed within 4 weeks. Some items are listed as ready to ship and we aim to post these within 5 working business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes we do! Click the express shipping option at checkout. 

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping costs are set at a fixed price at checkout but, please pop an email over to sales@reelwooddesigns.com and we will be able to give you an accurate estimate.

I'm looking for something custom and unique is this possible?

Yes! We do offer custom made items. Please email sales@reelwooddesigns.com and we can discuss your requirements.

I need an update on my order?

We have a handy chat function at the side of this page you can use to check your order status. Alternatively you can email us at sales@reelwooddesigns.com quoting your order number as the reference and we will be able to update you.

Do you do collaborations?
